What to Expect for Your First Visit at The Healing Village Center
For your first visit at The Healing Village, Inc., please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in. All new patients are required to complete our online New Patient Form, which takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. We encourage you to fill this form out in advance to help streamline your visit.
We strive to see all patients promptly at their scheduled appointment time. To help us stay on schedule:
- Clearly state the main reason for your visit when booking your appointment. Our services include acupuncture, massage therapy, chiropractic care, physical therapy, anti-aging and cosmetic treatments, mental health services, nutritional counseling, and veterans’ life coaching and support. This helps us match you with the appropriate provider and allocate enough time for your care.
- Please keep in mind that providers will focus on the primary reason scheduled for that day. Additional concerns may need to be addressed during a separate appointment to respect the time of all patients.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice is subject to full fee of service.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
Please bring the following items:
- A valid photo ID
- Payment via credit card or cash (please bring small bills if paying in cash)
- A current list of medications, including over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and supplements, along with dosage and frequency
- Any relevant medical records from outside providers, such as your most recent lab work, X-rays, MRI reports, or other diagnostic tests—especially those related to pain management
New Patient Forms
New Patient Forms are available online and take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Completing this form prior to your appointment is highly recommended to reduce wait time and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
