For Dr. Thalia Micah, healthcare has always been about more than just appointments—it’s about people. This belief led her to establish The Healing Village, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit born from a simple, powerful vision: that everyone deserves the chance to be well, regardless of their circumstances.

Dr. Micah saw a growing gap in our healthcare system and decided to bridge it. By transitioning to a nonprofit model, she has opened new doors to provide specialized, compassionate care for those who need it most:

We are currently in a season of growth and preparation. Our primary focus is on fundraising—gathering the support and resources necessary to fully reopen our doors. Every contribution brings us one step closer to welcoming our community back to a place of healing.
