A Roadmap to the White Coat.

• Phase I & II: The Foundation (Grades 6–8) 

The Medical Foundationalist (Grades 6 – Mid 7) | The Clinical Practitioner (Mid 7 – Grade 8)

Focusing on Biological Literacy, Anatomical Structures, and Systems Physiology. Scholars begin their journey with Medical Latin, Kreyòl, and Spanish.

• Phase III & IV: The Specialist (Grades 9–11)

The Medical Researcher (Grade 9 – Mid 10)

 | The Integrative Specialist (Mid 10 – Grade 11)

Intensive study in Biochemistry, Forensic Pathology, and Health Informatics. Scholars master Medical Scribing and technical documentation.

• Phase V: The Medical Fellow (Grade 12)

The Medical Fellow (Grade 12 - Pre-Practitioner)

The final transition. Senior Fellows engage in hospital administration, MCAT Junior preparation, and a year-long clinical internship culminating in a Senior Research Defense.

In partnership with Colorado Homeschool Enrichment (CHE) and Velocity, our Thursdays are dedicated to high-intensity laboratory work.

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:45 PM.
• Focus: Clinical Anatomy, Microbiology, Suture & Trauma Labs, and Vitals Assessment.
• Impact: Our program provides 121.5 enrichment hours per semester, far exceeding the 90-hour requirement for CHE participation.

"Professionalism is not an act, but a habit." Our students adhere to a strict Code of Professional Conduct. This includes:

• Daily "Sunday Best" Business Attire to build executive presence.
• Clinical Scrubs for laboratory days.
• The Art of the Table: Daily instruction in formal etiquette and professional networking.

Indigo Roots Medical Academy works in collaboration with Colorado Homeschool Enrichment (CHE).

• Thursday Labs: Fully funded by CHE (tuition-free for families).
• Academy Days (Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri): Private, tuition-based medical-immersion and core academic instruction.
